VP of Safety, Compliance, and Recruiting

Mitch Evans began his career in trucking over 10 years ago as an over the road owner operator and then a hazmat cryogenics tanker driver. He transitioned into the office and has held positions in operations, safety and compliance. Mitch has a B.A., M.A. and is in the dissertation phase of his PhD in management and leadership. He looks forward to continuing the family traditions that have made BTC a fifty-year success story and helping to drive its future successes for years to come.

Dennis Frey

Dennis Frey

Director of Liquid & Bulk Dedicated Operations

With over 40 years of transportation operations and administrative experience, Dennis L. Frey brings a hands-on approach to BTC. His career with BTC began in 1978 and has included positions within several of our operating companies. In addition to bulk products, his career has included extensive inter-modal, van, flatbed, and railroad operations.

Donte Shaw

Recruiting

Donte has been affiliated with the trucking industry since 2001 when he started driving tractor-trailers. He drove until 2015. He graduated in 2013 from Lindenwood University with a baccalaureates degree in human resource management. In 2015, he started recruiting truck drivers.

Sebastian Seifarth

VP of Sales and Marketing

Sebastian L. Seifarth has over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He brings a wealth of customer knowledge to BTC, having been a customer himself for many years. He holds both an MBA and a Master of Arts Degree in Marketing and Sales. Sebastian Seifarth and his team established long-lasting customer relationships with many fortune 500 companies.

John Koons

Vice President & CFO

With over 40 years of transportation Sales Operations and Financial experience, Mr. Koons is certain that BTC’ s core mission of delivering excellence to the customer remains relevant in a changing industry.

Cameron Holzer

President

Cameron brings extensive experience in operations and strategic development. He is an innovative thinker with broad-based experience managing multi-faceted organizations across many corporate functions. Including talent acquisition, strategic planning, resource management, new business development, and contract negotiations. Cameron has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Dustin Roberts

Sales and Business Manager

Dustin Roberts joined BTC in 2020 as the Sales and Business Development Manager. Dustin has over 10 years of experience in bulk shipping and logistics from the customer perspective. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Supply Chain Management. Dustin enjoys collaborating with others and working to meet the transportation needs of BTC’s customers.

Chastity Richardson

Recruiting

Chastity has a Masters Degree in Human Resources and has been in the recruitment field for 7 years. She has been with BTC for 1 year.

Mike Heusohn

Customer Service

Mike operated, primarily flatbed trucks, over the road and locally from 1993 to 2000. In 2000 – 2007, he started as a CSR for a flatbed company. From 2007-2019, he worked as a driver manager, CSR, and spent 2 years as a shop manager for a different flatbed company. Previous to coming to BTC East, he worked for a van company as Night dispatch.
